I made this 2D short is Adobe Animator. I am very new to animation and this was by far the largest project I’ve complete. I started by coming up with this simple plot line and story boarding it in my notebook. Then, similar to how I did it in my Walk Cycle posted on this page, I drew circles and lines like skeletons of my characters. I animated the motion of those guild lines first then drew the characters over them, and I drew the main backgrounds in Photoshop. This is a long process for animation but I like the hand draw look it creates. I’ve provided some examples of my process below.
